Before coming to our shores and joining LavaBox, Chanel worked as a KPI-driven marketing operations manager for Clickatell, one of South Africa's leading SMS marketing platforms. To say she had already amassed a wide range of B2B marketing skills is an understatement. After working across inbound and outbound, online and offline, marketing automation was the area that captured Chanel's imagination and she decided to specialise in this exciting and ever-evolving space.

Chanel loves to learn new tech, and since joining LavaBox, she’s added Salesforce Pardot Consultant certification to her resume, and is the only member of our team to pass the certification exam on her first attempt.

Chanel’s broad base of experience allows her to work with clients end-to-end, from digital strategy and customer journey mapping through to content development and campaign execution. She’s also a natural communicator, able to work with marketing teams to get them up to speed on all things Pardot.

Since moving to New Zealand, Chanel is enjoying being a tourist and exploring her new corner of the world with her fiance. She’s also an amazing cook, frequently making our team wish they were having what she’s having for lunch.
