Jean-Luc is a commercially-astute consultant. After graduating with BCom majoring in finance and economics, he began his career in the financial services industry; first as an insurance broker and then moving into asset finance sales with LavaBox client, Kiwi Asset Finance (KiwiBank).

With a keen interest in sales, technology and business processes, he found his way onto their Salesforce team and never looked back. After working closely with LavaBox as a client, he later joined the consulting team to expand his platform knowledge and contribute to high-impact transformation projects.

Jean-Luc has a natural ability to quickly gain context, getting to the heart of our client’s people, processes and technology. He understands the bigger picture, able to translate strategic objectives and end user pain points into sound technical solutions that deliver the intended benefits back to the business.

It’s always good to see Jean-Luc safely back at work on Monday. That’s because on the weekend, he’s either running a marathon, out surfing or highlining (walking on a tightrope 50m+ above the ground).
