Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Information Science from Massey University and quickly dove into the world of Salesforce Administration and IT Management. Samantha spent the next 4 years as IT Manager for a leading AML service provider, where she spearheaded the continuous improvement of their Salesforce platform.

Through her initial immersion into Salesforce, Samantha worked with business leaders, end users and implementation partners. She became adept at bridging the gap between user needs and technical requirements, while gaining valuable hands-on Service and Experience Cloud skills.

At LavaBox, Samantha ensures our clients’ solutions are not only effective, but also user-friendly. She doesn't simply take requirements and build solutions - she improves business performance by improving the way people use technology.

After work, Samantha disappears into the realms of strategy and role playing games, where she still solves complex problems (but does so as an avatar).
