If you’ve done the trails, passed your certifications and spent time working within a live Salesforce environment, this role presents an excellent opportunity accelerate your development.
LavaBox’s continuous improvement team help existing customers drive further value from their Salesforce environment. Supported by the team’s Senior Salesforce Consultant, you’ll support existing LavaBox clients with:
Road map projects
You’ll get exposure to the end-to-end project delivery process, supporting the deployment further-phase projects into existing environments, across scoping, building, testing, releasing and refining.
Client System administration
As their go-to system admin, your clients will look to you not only for technical execution, but also to develop solutions that solve real world business challenges.
Leveraging your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you’ll manage inbound support cases through to resolution.
Over the course of your first year, you’ll begin to take a leading role with key customers in a strategic capacity. Going beyond simply delivering what the client is asking for, you’ll begin identifying opportunities to improve their business processes, user and customer experience to drive business outcomes.
Leading proactive org planning sessions, you’ll prioritise system enhancements based on business impact, identify additional opportunities and put your recommendations forward.

You’ll have the ability to switch headsets between customers and orgs with relative ease, able to orientate yourself quickly.
You’re a logical, analytical problem solver - you can get to the heart of the issue by asking the right questions, looking in the right places for answers, evaluating and delivering the most effective solution.
You know your way around Salesforce’s declarative tools - with technical capability spanning object configuration, process builder, formulas, security, data manipulation and reporting, you’re able to execute with speed with precision.
You have strong commercial acumen - with an innate understanding how technology drives business outcomes across core business functions, including marketing, sales and service
A genuine, helpful nature - you’re great to deal with because you care about seeing clients and users succeed. Going the extra mile comes naturally to you.
A++ communicator - you communicate clearly and professionally, speaking and writing with clarity and confidence. You’re able to construct documents, emails and presentations that influence your audience.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need:
Your Salesforce Administrator certificationAt least 1 year in a Salesforce admin or consulting roleA proven track record that demonstrates technical competence utilising Salesforce’s declarative toolsExperience managing internal or external stakeholder relationships

Additional Salesforce CertificationsRelevant Business or IT Tertiary Qualification
