Salesforce Delivery Lead

LavaBox is a business and technology consultancy that helps make digital transformation a reality for aspirational organisations. Our Commercial Salesforce squad is looking for a CRM Delivery Lead who's committed to ensuring our clients receive an exceptional service experience and targeted commercial outcomes.

With a flexible skill set that spans IT project management, business analysis and consulting, you’ll support a talented team of Salesforce Consultants, Developers and Business Architects to deliver impactful CRM solutions for some of New Zealand’s most exciting hyper-growth companies and leading corporate organisations.

The Role:

Delivery Management
You know how to foster a supportive culture and create a cohesive delivery rhythm. Playing a lead role in the resource planning process, you’ll align consultants to projects, identify potential capacity issues and balance demand. You’ll also facilitate the squad’s ceremonies, manage resource requests and audit time entries at month-end.

Your efforts will ensure that consultants’ time is well-utilised and that projects are delivered profitably with aligned stakeholder expectations.

Project Management
As a seasoned project manager, you’ll simultaneously keep across the detail while maintaining a focus on the big picture strategic objectives. You know how to get the best out of a team, aligning them around shared objectives, removing blockers and ensuring delivery milestones are met.

Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll resolve escalated commercial matters and manage budgets, requirements and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies).

Business Analysis, Solution Design & Consulting
With experience as a product owner, consultant or business analyst, you understand how people, processes and technology come together to deliver on strategic business objectives. With exceptional stakeholder engagement and documentation skills, you’ll facilitate scoping and discovery workshops, map business processes and develop user stories and documentation.

To help clients navigate the change management process, you’ll support solution playbacks, user engagement and training at go-live. Post-deployment, you’ll work alongside clients to drive the continuous improvement of their environment, refining their backlog to help them prioritise their development road map.

Hands-on Salesforce Configuration
Ideally, you will have worked with Salesforce (or have a track record picking up new CRM and technology platforms quickly). Regardless, you’ll have a desire to get your hands on the tools. When needed, you’ll roll up your sleeves and support consultants with configuration and testing of their Salesforce environments, gaining valuable skills and certifications along the way.
