Our Marketing Automation squad is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant with a track record designing and delivering complex digital engagement campaigns.
You’ll work alongside some of New Zealand’s most exciting corporate businesses and high-impact Nonprofit organisations, helping them to meaningfully connect to their customers across digital channels.
Marketing Cloud Implementations
You’ll play a leading role in delivering end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementations across strategy, planning, execution and enablement.
With an ability to translate business objectives into effective digital strategies, you’ll facilitate workshops that establish the project’s customer journeys, success metrics, deliverables and technical implementation approach.
As an exceptional project and stakeholder manager, you’ll be able to align client stakeholders and LavaBox’s team of Salesforce Consultants and Developers to ensure the solution comes together flawlessly.
You’ll also be great on the tools. With a sound knowledge of Marketing Cloud, you’ll deploy your technical skills efficiently and with keen attention to detail.
You’ll work with key Marketing Cloud clients in an agency capacity, providing them with the ongoing strategic guidance and technical capability they need to get the most out of their Marketing Cloud investment.
You’ll support your clients with journey design and optimisation, digital asset development and customer data manipulation. You’ll also help them get better at all things Marketing Cloud, guiding their internal marketing team with training and enablement.
Finally, you’ll know how to keep engagements on track. You’ll facilitate regular WIPs, helping estimate and prioritise jobs, manage workflow and stay on top of timelines and budgets.

A strategic marketing automation professional - with a proven track record designing digital journeys that influence customers throughout their lifecycle
All about Salesforce Marketing Cloud - with strong foundational skills and a desire to become an exceptional Marketing Cloud consultant
Digitally well-rounded - with an understanding of how to apply HTML, CSS, SQL and Salesforce configuration to achieve the intended result
An exceptional account manager - able to engage with stakeholders to manage jobs end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met, while cultivating strong client relationships
A consultant in the making - with an ability to solve complex problems, facilitate workshops and get technical concepts across to stakeholders of all levels
At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
3+ years experience using automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Administrator 201
Salesforce App builder Certification
A Marketing or IT tertiary qualification
