Dewald is a specialist in continuous system improvement. His Salesforce experience unexpectedly began when the company he worked for decided to implement Salesforce across hundreds of users. They needed someone to help administer the system and Dewald put his hand up. He now holds multiple Salesforce certifications. After managing a large, complex system for a single company, he made the move to LavaBox to leverage his Salesforce skills across a wider variety of Salesforce systems.
Dewald’s background working with end users and business leaders has given him the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people. He’s the perfect guide for our clients on their CRM journey, helping translate business requirements and user feedback into tangible system improvements.
He’s LavaBox’s third South African hire, but unlike his countrymen, he loves cricket and hates rugby. That being said, he can polish off a 1kg steak all to himself so he’s not a total anomaly.
