Client Services Director
As LavaBox’s Client Services Director, James oversees the delivery of every Salesforce project. He ensures the consulting team is running on schedule and that LavaBox clients receive an exceptional end-to-end project experience. Most importantly, he ensures projects are translating to tangible commercial outcomes clients’ organisations.
James’s financial services and business consulting experience has taken him across the globe, having worked in London, Geneva and New York. Upon his return to New Zealand, James received a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) with a double major in Economics and Finance from Massey University, and a Master of Finance (MFin).
His Salesforce journey began when he was brought in to manage the growth of an electrical services business. Leveraging the platform across field and customer service, business intelligence and integration, he built a technology foundation that supported the firm through its rapid expansion over the ensuing 5 years.
In his role at LavaBox, James combines a relentless focus on operational efficiency with a passion for the Salesforce platform. His expertise not only adds value to client projects, but also enables LavaBox to deliver impactful work at scale.
James emphasises efficiency in all areas of his life. His kids were born on the same day so there’s only one birthday party to manage each year.
