Ramin’s IT journey started when he was six years old, when he learned the fundamentals of programming on an IBM 286. He made strong progress, winning a state-wide high school programming contest in his home country, Iran.

After earning a Bachelor in IT engineering, he moved to New Zealand for further study, attaining a postgraduate degree in Commerce with major in Information Systems.

Since then, his IT career has taken him across a broad range of technology disciplines (he’s a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate). He’s also worked in varied roles spanning system administration, application support and technical consulting.

Ramin’s passion for business process automation and system integration drew him to the Salesforce platform as a Technical Consultant at LavaBox. Ramin is a rare consultant who can collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. He prides himself on designing solutions that deliver optimum operational efficiency and an intuitive user experience.
