Salesforce Technical Consultant


LavaBox helps aspirational businesses leverage the Salesforce platform to scale with confidence. We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant who knows how to utilise clicks, custom code and integration to solve real world business problems. You’ll be working with some seriously-talented people on impactful and interesting projects.    

The Role:

Technical Salesforce solutions

With a knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as visual workflow and process builder, you’ll support the delivery of the more complex components of our clients’ systems. You’ll also have the ability to understand and utilise custom Apex and Visualforce code (to a basic level) if that’s what’s required to get the best outcome.

Implementation Consulting

Although you’ll be supported by lead consultants, engaging directly with a client’s internal project team is something you’re comfortable with. Getting to the heart of their business processes, existing technology and user experience are central to your approach.

Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS)

LavaBox partners with Jitterbit to connect Salesforce to other business systems. You’ll understand how to get data flowing between multiple APIs, with the ability to map and transform data within Jitterbit before sending it onto its destination.

Experience & Qualifications

The more of these you have, the better:

- 2+ years working on technical IT projects (preferably Salesforce, SaaS, CRM focused) - Development-focused Salesforce certifications- Integration experience working with APIs
- IPaaS experience- Basic Apex and Visualforce - you can write a trigger if you have to
- An IT tertiary qualification - Ability to read / write Java
